In this intimate professional development session, Jennifer Hayes shares the hard-won lessons from nearly a decade of driving change in a large healthcare organisation.
Beyond the “what” of resuscitation improvement, this masterclass explores the “how”—the leadership, persuasion, and persistence required to transform organisational culture.
Whether you’re trying to implement a new clinical initiative, struggling to get buy-in for quality improvement, or wondering how to sustain momentum after initial enthusiasm fades, Jennifer’s experiences offer invaluable guidance. She’ll share both successes and failures, and the strategies that ultimately made the difference.
