This intensive workshop is designed for resuscitation educators and trainers who want to transform CPR quality and team performance in their organisations.
Jennifer Hayes will take participants on a deep dive into the data-driven approach that led CHOC Children’s Hospital to be featured in ILCOR’s “10 Steps to Improve IHCA Outcomes.” Moving beyond the morning’s overview, this workshop provides actionable strategies for implementing sustainable quality improvement initiatives.
You’ll learn how to leverage data to drive culture change, build high-performing code teams, and develop training programs that translate to real-world improvements in patient outcomes.
